Yes, we care about our environment and we need you to also. There are those little changes that we can all make, no matter how small, that when added together, team up to become something absolutely awesome!

So we grow strong together

If we all begin to recycle our wastes and garbage, starting with unwanted food scraps      from the kitchen  and turn it into natures best fertiliser we can make a big difference to our planet. It all helps, starting with a reduction in the amount of fuel and energy required to transport our unwanted organic refuse to the disposal point, so that allows less trips to the dump reducing traffic and road maintenance. Imagine the amount of landfill truckloads of garbage need and we can do without the odours that are emitted from decomposing vegtable scraps.

The pollution of our most precious resource, clean water, is often attributed to rubbish dumps, so do yourself and future generations a big big favour, look around, learn the basics of composting, talk to your neighbors, even contemplate forming a co-operative to deal with anything you cannot recycle yourself, for there are people out there that have the ability and the desire to easily turn your wastes into something productive.

You can even have fun with a worm farm for it is something that you can involve your family and friends in as it is a facinating community to obseve and children especially love it. So turn that unwanted waste into a wonderful tonic for your soil and plants, reduce landfill and pollution of our most precious resource, water. We need to make an effort to use less so we do not strain water treatment resources and the ever increasing burden of treating our waste water.
